🏡 This dining room was stuck in another era with dated wallpaper and worn carpet, so we took it right back to the bones

🛠️After a full strip-out, we reworked the electrics, mapped out plumbing for a new radiator, and replastered the walls and archway to create a fresh, clean base. New flooring went down, and from there, it was all about layering tones and textures that felt calm, natural, and connected to the home’s woodland views

🪵 We leaned into a soft, organic Scandi vibe—greens, wood finishes, and a few black accents to add contrast and edge

🕯️🌿Now it’s a space that feels grounded, modern, and ready for hosting

It’s sample day!! 😍 With an entire house to take from 🏚️to 🏠 we’ve got our work cut out…2 bath, 3 beds, kitchen, living & dining room all requiring some TLC.

Our deadline: January 31st 💪

Do we work well under pressure? YES we certainly do!!

When you think it’s all home decor magazine 📖 & online shopping 🛍️

In reality it’s a way overdue manicure and getting ahead of the game before the builders start 💪

DAY 1: 🤞hoping to uncover some beautiful flooring that needs restoring (wishful thinking!) but most importantly there were no alarm bells so beautiful new flooring is well overdue 😬

Samples are now being picked and mood boards are on being finalised ✔️

👉In this small bathroom we have used large tiles laid horizontally to give the illusion of a grander scale.

👉White grout adds drama to make a statement in this bathroom vs black grout which would soften the look

👉The room is ready for styling with any colour choice. (greenery & wood tones help to warm the area)
